A series of short documentaries promoted by Casa da Juventude de Amarante aims to reflect on the efforts made within the local community of Amarante over the past 15 years.
The interviews seek to investigate the added value that the organization, through international and European volunteering (ESC and Workcamps), brings to the local community. Conversely, they explore how the local community gives back value to the volunteers.
This exchange allows the organisation to thrive, promoting its values and mission within the community, while also showcasing itself in Europe as a best practice case of engaging local institutions and the community.
